ATTORNEY

Jacqueline J. Warner, Esq. is a seasoned attorney at the national law firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, in White Plains, New York with over 19 years of experience with corporate, securities, real estate, and estate planning and administration matters. Attorney Warner regularly advises clients on starting and growing their business, raising capital via private offerings and negotiating a wide array of contracts. She is the author and publisher of a book entitled The Mini Legal Toolbox for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners and a soon to be released second book in the The Mini Legal Toolbox series entitled Raising Capital for Your Business; Understanding Private Offerings.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University, Jackie attended Howard University School of Law where she was a member of The Howard Law Journal and obtained her Juris Doctor degree.  Ms. Warner has appeared on TV and radio talk shows discussing a variety of legal topics, frequently speaks on various legal topics and has written numerous articles for various business-related publications. Since 2007, Attorney Warner has been an Instructor for CEO Space International, Inc., a recognized organization which assists business owners and entrepreneurs reach their full potential.

Attorney Warner is also active in various bar associations, serves as a board member for several not-for-profit organizations, mentors youth and is actively involved in an adult literacy program that she formally chaired. She will be honored in June 2011 by the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Westchester & Rockland Counties, Inc. as one of Ten Influential Blacks.

 

SPEAKER

A public speaker as well, Ms. Warner regularly makes presentations to various business associations and conducts seminars/workshops as a faculty member of CEO Space, Inc., a reputable, national business network organization which helps business owners and entrepreneurs reach their full potential.

 

Passionate about small businesses and their success, Jackie often conducts seminars on a variety of topics such as “Choosing the Right Structure for your Business,” “Legal Basics for Entrepreneurs and Business Owners”, “Practicing Good Corporate Governance”, Capital Compliance – Private Good Corporate Governance”, Capital Compliance – Private Offerings” and “Top 5 Legal Concerns Business Owners Need to Know NOW.”

 

Attorney Warner is also active in her local community – she serves as a board member for several not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Warner also mentors youth, and is President of an adult literacy ministry at her church.
