Jacqueline J. Warner, Esq. is a seasoned corporate
attorney with over 15 years of experience advising clients on starting
a business and growing their business through joint ventures, private
placements, public offerings or debt financing. A proud graduate of
Howard University School of Law, Ms. Warner has appeared on TV and
radio talk shows discussing a variety of legal topics. She is also
currently the Legal Columnist for Moving Forward Magazine, a national, bi-monthly publication which focuses on small business and self-development.
Attorney
Warner is also active in her local community – she serves as a board
member of a not-for-profit corporation committed to affordable housing
initiatives, mentors youth, some of which are from troubled or
disadvantaged homes, and serves as a tutor for an adult literacy
program. Ms. Warner resides in New York where she practices corporate,
securities, real estate and banking law at a midsize law firm. |
